Local and authentic cuisine

Our table d'hôtes invites you to taste local cuisine made up of traditional dishes.

Our kitchen team gets its supplies from local fishermen, whom you can see arriving at the ecolodge by canoe and witnessing the weighing of their products straight from the sea (lobster, crab, shrimp, squid, groupers, seafood …).

The fruits and vegetables come from the village or from Morondave according to the seasons. Bread, pastries, yogurts are homemade, every day.

This is why we offer you unique menus to book in the morning. This is to ensure the freshness of our cuisine.
